The "HCS Crude Oil Tank Sludge Converter" is designed not only to convert sludge into crude oil but also to promote a sustainable environment by reducing the carbon footprint. The job is carried out by introducing our specialty solvent chemical into the crude oil sludge tank using external equipment.
The precise ratio of our "Specialty Chemical Solvent" to the volume of "Tank Bottom Sludge" and diluent, along with the mixing capacity of our mechanical equipment, is critical to the entire sludge conversion process.
All this is done without man-entry inside the tank while ensuring the utmost safety to prevent potential hazards. Before execution, our on-site technical team follows the highest safety standards, which include obtaining a "SAFE WORK PERMIT" from the refinery or tank farm operations supervisor, conducting a toolbox talk at the site, and using radio communication equipment with the team.
